Bouquet
The bouquet displays lovely blackcurrant aromas with some mint and briary fruit essence. It is a rich, fruit driven wine with complex hazelnut aromas derived from maturation in tightly-grained French and Amercian oak barriques.
Palate
The briary fruit aromas follow through onto the complex and well-balanced palate. This Barossa Shiraz has great concentration of flavour and will partner a great variety of full flavoured foods.
